There are many different supplements on the market and none of them are monitored. Supplements are not monitored by the FDA. That means that you can put anything in them and no one is watching over what you are consuming. There are many Pros to taking supplements but it is all about knowing which ones to take. For the benefit of this essay I have taken some of the main supplements and more that most physical trainers take.
